Bodywork and Sports Massage

As sports therapists, we understand the effects of repetitive and often extreme movements resulting from regular sporting activities. Our bodies are great at adapting to the movements we do most frequently, but this can lead us to overcompensate and stress our muscles, our fascia and other connective tissue.

Without treatment to help your body improve trigger points and myofascial adhesions, your soft tissue often becomes stressed and under such demand that it signals pain or eventually leads to injury. Massage therapy helps improve the tight and weak areas that are specific to your sport and, will not only help reduce pain and injury, it will help improve overall performance.
